Is Extra Super Avana Suitable For Managing Erectile Dysfunction?
Extra Super Avana is a combination medicine used to manage two male sexual health conditions: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains avanafil, which improves erection quality, and dapoxetine, which helps delay ejaculation.
For erectile dysfunction, avanafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme. This increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a chemical that relaxes blood vessels in the penis and improves blood flow during sexual stimulation. As a result, it helps men achieve and maintain a firmer erection.
Dapoxetine, on the other hand, is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It increases serotonin levels in the nervous system, which helps improve control over ejaculation and prolong sexual activity.
Extra Super Avana can be suitable for men who experience both ED and premature ejaculation at the same time. It is generally taken before planned sexual activity and is not intended for daily use. The effects typically begin within 30 to 60 minutes and last for several hours.
However, it is not suitable for everyone. Men with heart disease, low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or those taking nitrate medications should avoid it due to the risk of serious side effects such as a dangerous drop in blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting.
Common side effects may include headache, flushing, dizziness, nausea, and nasal congestion. These are usually mild and temporary.
Extra Super Avana should only be used under medical supervision to ensure safe dosing and to determine whether it is appropriate based on individual health conditions. |
