Extra Super Vidalista is a medication used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains two active ingredients: Tadalafil (which is the same active ingredient in Cialis) and Dapoxetine (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor for premature ejaculation). It is usually recommended to take the medication 30-60 minutes before sexual activity.
