I lean more toward the Middle Ages and Arthurian legends. Avalon II is probably the one I’ve played the most. It’s unique because it actually takes you through a journey/map with different bonus rounds representing parts of the Holy Grail quest.
That one left the biggest impression because of the soundtrack and the narrative. It feels like a full RPG adventure packed into a slot machine. The 'Merlin' mechanic appearing randomly always keeps me on edge.
