AOL Desktop Gold software provides the feature of the desktop icon so as to access the software from the desktop and without getting into troubles to, again and again, look for it in the web browser. You can create a shortcut of the icon if you have recently completed AOL desktop gold download process.
Take the mouse cursor to the system tray and click on the small arrow
Select ‘Customize’ and look for hidden icons
Locate AOL Desktop Gold and from the drop-down menu, click on create a shortcut.
